Our 4 customer service centers are divided into customer demand communication centers, centers to improve customer satisfaction, customer behavior analysis centers, and product marketing centers, which provide you with professional services including service center information, price consultations, technical support, product complaints, repairs and spare parts inquiries, and sales support.
Customer Factory Visit
We will take customers to visit the exhibition hall to learn about our development history, check the workshops and explain the process of producing to make the customers leave a direct impression on the scale of our producing and the equipments of the products.

DURING-SALES SERVICE
One-stop Production Service
We make managing archives for each equipment and system and the responsible person will do one-to-one following-up. The work includes, file the technical papers, administrate the purchase of raw material, process of purchasing the parts, follow-up of each step of quality examination, follow-up of rate of producing, follow-up of products debugging, examine of surface of the products, examine of the conditions of factory inspection, technical documents randomly, follow-up of customer debugging at scene, training arrangement, test operation of equipment install and follow-up of upper service. In each process, we will communicate with the customers in time. We make a detailed producing form for each program and send it to the customers to make them know the process of the equipment they have purchased. We will coordinate the customer to check and accept the products.
Raw Materials And Parts
Our hydraulic pile driver equipped with CAT diesel engine, Rexroth hydraulic system and is connected by Eaton hose. The quick dis-connector is also take ordinary DNP from Italy. The Murphy control system are selected for power packe makes the whole electric control system simple and practical. All details make the equipment safe, reliable, durable and excellent efficient in the whole working process.
Quality Inspection
Our pile driver in the factory equipment shall be subject to inspection and testing multi-channel, passing inspection to the factory. No-load test performed at the factory inspection, security issues, noise, vibration, temperature, running current inspection, The pile driver is tested for more than 40 minutes to check that all functions are intact. then the visual inspection of the device, warning sign check, All quality inspection links are qualified before delivery to customers.
