DISCRIPTION

DZJ-135 electric vibratory hammer is designed for driving and extracting piles . DZJ series vibration frequency is variable , so can start with zero current, which solves the problem of load starting, thereby reducing the requirements for the generator set. Furthermore , it can adjust the frequency according to the geological conditions , so save cost and energy for customers. It is ideal piling machines for the construction of foundation engineering of residential building, factory building, subway, expressway, wharf, bridge, airport and power generation station, as well as for the foundation treatment construction.

 

 

FEATURES

  • SHOCK-PROOF MOTOR

Our vibratory hammer adopts the shock-proof motor, the bearing could working up to 95 degree temperature ,and could overload in short period of time and high torque ,the wedge shaped belt is high strength.

 

  • FAG X-LIFE BEARING

The bearing of the vibratory hammer required receive impact load , radial accelerate ,high limiting speed in a limited space , and also need to carry non-concentricity, deflection curve etc additional load. The traditional cylindrical roller bearing is not able to meet such requirement . In that case ,we are using X-life high quality bearing from FAG. X-life could carry 18% more load and increase 70% of the bearing life.

 

  • PRODUCTION PROCESS

The welding processing is according to national welding standard and inspected by ultrasonic wave flaw detection . The bottom of the gear box is reinforced , which minimize the possibility of gear box damage.

 

  • NOISE PROOF DESIGN

We added rubber pad on and under the spring, which can be a buffer during vibration ,and sound isolation steel pad under the spring ,which reduced the noise during working.

 

  • BEARING RING DESIGN

Our bearing ring is specially designed to fit the high vibration , it is 3 layers combination ,very stable and won’t crack during working ,which improve the reliability of the hammer efficiently.

 

  • OIL STAIN DEPOSIT SYSTEM

We developed oil stain deposit system, which could avoid the damage to the gear and bearing.

Zhenu's vibro hammers insist on using high-quality components from international first-line brands, such as FAG bearings, Rexroth hydraulic systems, and CAT or Cummins engines.

• Quality Inspection

Conduct strict quality inspections on the purchased raw materials, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, dimensional accuracy measurement, etc.

Component Processing and Manufacturing

• Machining

Use CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and other equipment to perform cutting processing on metal components to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

• Heat Treatment

Perform heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering on key components to improve the hardness, strength and wear resistance of the components.

• Surface Treatment

Perform surface treatments such as electroplating and spraying on components to improve the corrosion resistance and appearance quality of the components.

Assembly and Commissioning

Quality Inspection and Testing
