The CGN Guangdong Offshore Wind Power Project is located near Houhu and Jiazi Seas in Lufeng City, Guangdong Province. There is great difficulty for construction : complex geological conditions, high waves, rapid flow. The offshore wind power project planned capacity of 1.4GW. The project mainly includes 110 monopiles and 35 jacket foundations, 150 wind turbines, and the construction of 4 offshore booster stations. This project has great significance for optimizing the power supply structure and promoting green economic development.
In the project applied our biggest hydraulic vibratory hammer YZ-800B to drive 86m, diameter 2.3m,weight about upto 300T monopiles. YZ-800B eccentric torque reaches 550KGM, maximum excitation force upto 12100kN, and maximum pulling force is 6000kN. It is a good solution for large piles in bridges, offshore wind power and other complex foundation projects.
